Inspection or visiting charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited the customer’s location, regardless of whether the repair is carried out or not.
2. Repair Services
Once a repair service has been completed, no refund will be provided. Our services involve time, technical expertise, and resources which cannot be reversed.
3. Advance Payments
Any advance payment made for repair services or spare parts is non-refundable once the work has started or spare parts have been ordered.
4. Spare Parts
Refunds are not applicable for spare parts once they are installed or ordered specifically for a customer’s TV. Warranty, if any, will be as per the manufacturer’s or service provider’s terms.
5. Service Warranty Issues
If a problem reoccurs within the warranty period provided for the repair, we will inspect and attempt to resolve the issue without additional service charges. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
6. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be informed before the technician is dispatched. Once the technician is on the way or has arrived, cancellation charges may apply.
7. Delays or Service Unavailability
In rare cases where we are unable to provide the service after receiving payment, an applicable refund may be issued at our discretion.
